1/4 cup crumbled feta
1 cup packed, fresh arugula
1 fresh peach, sliced
1/4 cup walnut halves, toasted
3 Tbsp Kalamata olives
1 Tbsp chopped red onion
Greek Salad Dressing
Combine arugula, peaches,walnurs, olives and onions in an individual salad bowl. Toss gently.
Add cheese and toss lightly.
Serve with salad dressing on the side.
Try replacing arugula with spinach or mixed greens.
